Quick questions, quick answers
The stuff most people want to know before filling out the form.
Do I have to buy a Thousand Trails membership from you?
Not at all. This is an info request, not a sales pitch. We will connect you with our trusted Thousand Trails specialist who can walk you through pricing and zone options. You decide if it is right for your family.
How fast will you get back to me?
We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you check the box to schedule a call, our Thousand Trails specialist will reach out directly to find a time that works.
What’s the difference between the membership tiers?
Here is the short version: Camping Pass is the entry-level annual pass for RV camping in your zone. Cabin Pass is similar but for cabins, yurts, and tiny homes instead of RV sites. The three subscription tiers, from entry to top, are Journey, Explore, and Adventure. Each step up gives you a longer advance booking window and better perks, with Adventure at the top. Not sure which fits? Pick “I Have No Idea Yet” on the form and we will help you sort it out.
Will my info be shared or sold?
No. Your info goes to us and to our Thousand Trails specialist only, and only so we can answer your questions. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Can I see all the Thousand Trails campgrounds before I commit?
Yes, we built an interactive map of every Thousand Trails location across the country, color-coded by zone. View the Thousand Trails map.
